Refund nightmare
Flight cancelled by the airline, but SkyVerse refund took 7 weeks. Lots of back-and-forth. Eventually resolved.

Their agent rebooked us in 30 minutes when our connecting flight got cancelled. Above and beyond.

OK for simple bookings
Straightforward A→B tickets are fine. Anything complex (multi-leg, special baggage) tends to break the UI.
